RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Reggie’s Bike Shop. If for any reason the Reggie’s Bike Shop product that you purchased isn’t right, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt from our online store; www.reggiesbmx.com
STEPS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED REGGIES BIKE SHOP PRODUCT
Contact us to initiate your refund or exchange. Do not return the product without prior authorization. Please email us at orders@reggiesbikes.com include your order number in email.
All returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to Reggie’s Bike Shop and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order was placed with free shipping, your return may be subject to part or all of the shipping charges incurred by us.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.
Your Reggie’s Bike Shop product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.

Please write "Attn: Returns" on the box or label. We highly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping service for your return.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Reggie’s Bike Shop. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), complete bikes, custom wheels and DVDs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Die AC-2-Nabe verfügt über eine revolutionäre Lagerinstallation und Funktion, die es bei einer Fahrradnabe noch nie gegeben hat.
Es wurde von Grund auf für einfache Wartung und optimale Lagerleistung entwickelt.
Hier sind einige wichtige Punkte der AC-2 BMX-Vorderradnabe:
-Die AC-2-Naben verwenden 20-mm-Schrägkugellager mit Wellenfedervorspannung. Die Lager werden in konische Lagerschalen gepresst, die in die abgewinkelten Bohrungen im Nabengehäuse passen. Dieses Konstruktionsmerkmal ermöglicht die einfache Montage und Demontage des Lagers/der Lagerschale vom Nabengehäuse ohne Spezialwerkzeuge. Keine Pressen oder Hämmer mehr nötig! Ein weiteres Merkmal des Designs mit konischer Lagerschale und abgewinkelter Nabengehäusebohrung ist die Art und Weise, wie die Lager in der Nabe sitzen. Die Lager/Lagen auf beiden Seiten des Nabengehäuses sind perfekt aufeinander ausgerichtet! Dies gewährleistet eine überlegene Lagerleistung und ein geringeres Risiko eines vorzeitigen Verschleißes.
-Nabengehäuse „schwebt“ buchstäblich auf der Achse. Die einzige Kraft auf die Lager wird von der Wellenfeder geliefert (die die entsprechende Lagervorspannung liefert, die für Schrägkugellager erforderlich ist). Das Anziehen der Achsschrauben hat keinerlei Auswirkungen auf die Lager!
-Die Lager, die Wellenfeder und die Unterlegscheiben sind durch einen Sicherungsring an der Achse befestigt. Das einzige Werkzeug, das zur Montage/Demontage der AC-2-Nabe verwendet wird, ist eine Sprengringzange!
