RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Reggie’s Bike Shop. If for any reason the Reggie’s Bike Shop product that you purchased isn’t right, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt from our online store; www.reggiesbmx.com

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED REGGIES BIKE SHOP PRODUCT

Contact us to initiate your refund or exchange. Do not return the product without prior authorization. Please email us at orders@reggiesbikes.com include your order number in email.

All returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to Reggie’s Bike Shop and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order was placed with free shipping, your return may be subject to part or all of the shipping charges incurred by us.

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.

Your Reggie’s Bike Shop product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Reggie’s Bike Shop. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), complete bikes, custom wheels and DVDs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Supercross BMX ENVY BLK 2 Bike of the Year, BMX

In 2014 we introduced the ENVY BLK Carbon Fiber BMX race Frame. It changed the game for how carbon fiber BMX race frames were constructed. By utilizing more advanced materials and molding processes we created the apex carbon frame for that time period.

Now for 2019, with the ENVY BLK 2, it was time to change the game again. As with our ENVY RS7, the BLK 2 is evolutionary, not revolutionary.

Torayca T1100-KS Specs Utilizing the same World Championship winning geometry of all past Supercross frames, the ENVY BLK 2 evolves the platform through keeping the same mold and technique of the original ENVY BLK but utilizing a new carbon pre-preg material; Torray’s new T1100-KS.

Torray T1100-KS allows us to reduce the frame’s weight another 6% while simultaneously increasing its stiffness and power transfer. The Chart to the left is a product of Torray's testing. This stuff is the same material used for fighter jets, formula 1 cars, and you get to ride it too! So what are you getting with the BLK2? The lightest, Fastest, Strongest BMX racing frame on the planet, with the same comfortable, confident feel of your current ENVY BLK. What more could you want?

And while we would love to offer you custom paint jobs, it just isn't affordable to do customs with the ENVY BLK paint jobs. But if you keep watching the site we are going to keep releasing limited edition color ways, so hopefully we will show off a color that will make you happy, and of course we have a ton of killer stock color ways that you will all love. To eliminate that nasty creaking of a press fit bottom bracket, it uses a traditional threaded Euro BB Shell on all models as it has proven itself to be the most dependable BB interface. All dropouts are solid Torray Carbon fiber with Titanium inserts that are molded directly into the frame. Pro Cruiser sizes use a 15mm rear dropout and is available with a 10mm axle adapter until you are ready to upgrade to the 15mm size. The headtubes use full molded Carbon Fiber bearing races that are a solid part of the headtube to provide the strongest headtube on the market. The Tapered Integrated headtube to allow you to use the 1 1/8" - 1.5" steertube forks, and still accepts the traditional 1 1/8" straight steertube.

All Supercross BMX ENVY BLK 2 Frames, like our traditional ENVY BLK accept a traditional V Brake system. Light weight, Easily adjustable and no need for a special hubset. With the new ENVY BLK 2 Pro Cruisers, we are introducing our new FastBack® System which allows a quick and easy removal of the V-brake Mounts to make for the cleanest looking Disk Brake set up. Now while we don't make a Disk Brake Adapter, we worked with RIDEmisc to make the best Disk Brake adapter and we have beefed up the stays around the left dropout to handle the extra stress of the Disk Brake Mount.
